Legacy Houses is the first Dunn Development Corp. project in Manhattan. Located in East Harlem, the project is a joint-venture development with Addicts Rehabilitation Center Foundation, Inc. which has a large presence in the neighborhood and will provide on-site services from a first-floor office suite. The building will provide a mix of supportive housing for formerly homeless singles under the New York/New York III initiative integrated with affordable housing for working families at 50% and 60% of area median income. The building is designed to achieve Energy Star certification and incorporates many of the high-performance and energy-efficient details used in prior Dunn Development projects.
